APRIL
Surplus Fruit due for Harvesting in (or Storable Until) We have a couple of people prepared to run jam making workshop on weekends in mid-April, provided we have fruit to make into jams/jellies/marmalades. The ideal would be if you can offer surplus fruit in exchange for some of the value-added product returned to you. Please contact Anitra or 4782 9003 if you can help out or have any bright ideas about fruit available from public land. Many thanks.
